Your order and shipping

How long will my order take to arrive?
DMC Sport, on behalf of The Aussie Basketball Store aim to provide you with superior customer service and delivery. Delivery of your parcel can be expected within 3-5 business days within Victoria, 5-7 business days for all other metro areas in Australia and 7-10 business days for regional addresses. Certain circumstances may cause the delivery of your order to be delayed, so please allow up to 14 business days for your order to arrive. In the event that you do not receive your order within the specified times above, we recommend that you check your local post office as your parcel may have been redirected without notice. Alternatively you can contact the DMC Sport team directly at enquiries@dmcsport.com.au for assistance. You will receive ownership of the goods upon their delivery to you. 

Has my order been dispatched yet?
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email indicating that your order has been dispatched. You will also receive online trackng details, if these are available for you, to track your order during transit and any other relevant shipping information. You should expect shipping notification within 2-3 business days from when submitting your order

Can I change my order?
Please check all details when placing your order as orders cannot be changed once submitted. In the event the incorret shipping details have been entered please email enquiries@dmcsport.com.au as soon as possible and we will attempt to remedy this. In the event your order has been processed and is unable to be changed we cannot accept any responsibility regarding delivery if we have delivered to the address stated on the order.

Can I track my order?
Upon dispatch of your order, an email will be sent indicating your tracking number. If you have not received this within 2-3 business days please email enquiries@dmcsport.com.au quoting your order number and we will track this for you.

Will I receive a Tax Invoice?
Yes - all orders receive an order confirmation email, a purchase recipt email and a delivery update email

I'm not sure if I've successfully completed my order? 

When you have successfully completed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you don't receive an email, please check your order , check all details have been entered correctly and try to renter your order.

Can goods be sent overseas ?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Just make sure you select the international shipping option

Can I supply a residential, business or PO Box address for my order?
The Aussie Basketball Store sends all articles using Australia Post's receipted delivery service so your order can be tracked once dispatched. Therefore, we request that the delivery address specified be a destination where deliveries can be received with someone present between the hours of 9am-5pm.Upon dispatch of your order, an email will be sent indicating your tracking number.

I believe my order might be lost or misplaced in transit?
We use reliable Australia Post mailing services, however mishaps sometimes do occur. All items are checked thoroughly before packaging with care. Should a package be delayed, arrive damaged or not at all, please contact us promptly so we can discuss the issue by emailing enquiries@dmcsport.com.au. All goods are sent with the greatest care. DMC Sport is not liable for any damage that is caused during the delivery process. Any claims please email enquiries@dmcsport.com.au and we will be happy to assist you in the unlikely event.

Events beyond our control
DMC Sport shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so, or for any damage to goods delivered, which is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident or event deemed to be a force majeure.
