Once an order has been placed you will automatically receive an Aussie Basketball Store purchase confirmation email outlining your order number, receipt number, products purchase, value of goods and transaction status.
If you have not received this email, please contact DMC Sport at email@example.com to confirm your order, including double checking the email address provided on the order.
What forms of payment does The Aussie Basketball Store accept?
The Aussie Basketball Store accepts payment via MasterCard or Visa for all internet sales.
We do not accept AMEX, Diners or Bank cheques or any other forms of payment. Please do not send CASH in the mail.
What is a pre-order?
If you have ordered a product that is on pre-order, there is generally a delay in delivery which is stated in the description of the product. We require full payment to secure this stock. The Aussie Basketball Store may feature 'exclusive' pre-orders on products to give first preference on delivery to those who purchase earlier than the release date. In the event additional items are ordered these items won't be shipped until you're pre ordered item is in stock.
Whilst every effort is made to ensure items listed online are in stock, occasionally some items will be temporarily out of stock. Products will be made unavailable until the items become readily available for purchase. However in the instance whereby products are unavailable, The Aussie Basketball Store will advise you of the back dated article/s and will contact you as soon as possible.
