We ask that you choose your items carefully before placing your order - we will not offer exchanges or returns if you simply change your mind.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase or need to change your size, please email email@example.com stating your order number and reason and one of our customer service team members will assist and provide return details.
You may return it within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund providing the following is met:
1. Original proof of purchase, a receipt, is supplied
2. Goods are in unworn/unused original condition with swing tags still attached
3. Goods are returned within 30 days of purchase.
Goods must be received prior to action being made. We cannot be held accountable for returned goods that are lost in transit (we suggest that these are packed appropriately and sent via registered post) or the postage costs associated in returning the unwanted goods.
Exchanging your item
Should you wish to exchange your item for a different size/style we ask that you contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will ask you to return your goods back to us and once received we will organise a refund for you (excluding shipping and providing they meet the above criteria). You will then be able to purchase your new item/s from the store. We do not directly exchange items for change of mind purchases.
In the rare event that your goods arrive to you damaged, or different items were received then originally ordered,please email email@example.com
